Who We Are
Cub Scout Pack 577 was founded in 1962 at Thomas Fitzwater Elementary School in the Upper Dublin School District, and we’re still there today. For more than 60 years, kids in kindergarten through 5th grade have learned, built, and explored with their friends here.
We’re a family pack: parents take part, and siblings are welcome at every event.

Our Community
Pack 577 is part of the Baden-Powell District of the Cradle of Liberty Council, and we’re chartered by the Sunny Willow Swim Club.
You’ll find us around town, marching in Ambler’s Holiday Parade and Oreland’s 4th of July Parade, and doing service projects. When our Scouts finish 5th grade, Troop 577 meets at the same school.

Keeping Scouts Safe
All of our adult leaders complete Scouting America’s required training, including Youth Protection training, and follow its safety rules at every meeting, campout, and event. Learn more about how Scouting America safeguards youth.
