Find Your Child's Grade
Each grade has its own Cub Scout rank and its own set of age-appropriate Adventures.
Lion
A first taste of Scouting. Lions explore, play games, and try new things alongside a parent or guardian.
Tiger
Tigers and their adult partner discover new things together: nature, building projects, and their community.
Wolf
Wolves start doing more on their own: hiking, cooking simple food, and learning to help others.
Bear
Bears take on bigger challenges, outdoors and in building projects, and gain more independence.
Webelos
Webelos build real outdoor skills and start leading activities within their den.
Arrow of Light
The top rank in Cub Scouts. Arrow of Light Scouts camp, lead, and get ready to join a Scouts BSA troop.
How Dens and the Pack Work Together
Scouts meet in small groups called dens with other kids in their grade, led by a volunteer parent Den Leader. Dens work on their grade’s Adventures, meeting twice a month on Thursdays.
All of the dens together make up Pack 577. The whole pack comes together once a month for a pack meeting, and for the big events like campouts and the Pinewood Derby.
